Al Jazeera Reverses Report, Aliko Dangote Confirmed To Be In Lagos
Yvonne Ndege, the West Africa correspondent for Al Jazeera has confirmed that Aliko Dangote is safe and sound in Lagos.
She made this known via her twitter handle
Al Jazeera had previously reported that Mr Dangote was among the 170 people taken hostage in the attack on the iconic Radisson Hotel in the Malian capital city, Bamako.
So far, the identity of the attackers and their motives are not yet known.
He was supposed to stay at the hotel yesterday and left earlier.
