If while in the union the purpose is defeated; hitting, cheating on you, abuses you before friends, family and kids without as much as a tiny bit of respect... It'll be gross injustice to yourself to remain bound to such man. I may not have been married but I have experienced it firsthand(don't ask me where) and I can tell it's the next ugly thing we've after the devil.

Mothers keep using their kids as excuse to remain trapped in a home where you're loosing pieces of yourself daily until everything that makes you up is lost without knowing what seeds you're planting in the heart of such impressionable beautiful kids.

Whether you like it or not the home front is the first port of learning and kids pick what they pick, grow with it till they decide to unlearn what's unrewarding. If you take your job as a steward of the little cute things God has blessed you with seriously its important you ensure they are exposed to only that which can edify them, magnify the beauty of humanity and selflessness. They should be exposed to only what speaks of love not violence and wickedness. Watch anyone you see who's very good at raising voices, exchanging slaps... Chances are they grew up in a violent home. As a person, I don't wait for you to raise your fist before I know you are violent... Raise your voice and I'm running scared for my life already.

While you're lying That you're staying for your kids kindly note that at your passing dude will replace you with another who would most likely maltreat your kids who would grow up to hate you for your selfishness and foolishness.
