20 year old Bilal Hadfi detonated his suicide vest at the Stade de France, where football fans had gathered for the France vs Germany friendly. He’s a Belgian who is said to have spent time fighting with ISIS in Syria before returning to Europe.

He is one of 7 suicide bombers who died during the rampage which left 132 people dead and hundreds severely injured. He is understood to have been part of a gang known as the “Belgium Cell”, and managed to sneak back into Europe disguised as a migrant
